Royal Palms Estate is owned, conceived, designed, constructed, and managed by Royal Palms India Pvt. Ltd. (RPIPL).


Royal Palms India Private Limited (RPIPL), formerly known as Amir Parks and Amusement Private Limited, was incorporated on 6th August, 1984, under the Companies Act of 1956, mainly to set up Amusement cum Tourist Complexes in India and abroad. The company has ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System and ISO 14001 certification for its Environment Management System.


The Company owns and possesses 240 acres of land bordering Aarey Milk Colony and Film City at Goregaon (East), Mumbai. This land is being developed into a world class Residential, Commercial and Leisure Resort/Hotel destination of international standards.
